Import Nordnet Dividends
Tax Reclaim imports your Nordnet dividend history directly from the Transaction History CSV (Transactions page) you already have. Upload the file and Tax Reclaim reads the gross dividend amounts and any withholding tax already deducted, then calculates exactly how much foreign tax you can legally reclaim under your tax treaty.

What Tax Reclaim reads from your Nordnet file
- Matches transaction-type rows for dividends — Utdelning (Swedish), Utbytte (Norwegian), Osinko (Finnish), or Dividend (English) — with their withholding-tax counterparts — Källskatt, Kildeskatt, Lähdevero, or Kildeskat.
- Reads the Transaction History export (Transactions page), NOT the Trade History export — Trade History does not contain dividend or tax rows.
- Handles both tab-separated (newer exports) and semicolon-separated (older exports) files automatically.

Download the filtered transaction list as CSV.

Frequently asked questions
Which file do I export from Nordnet?
The Transaction History CSV from the Transactions page — not Trade History, which contains only buy/sell orders with no dividend or tax rows.
Does Tax Reclaim read the withholding tax?
Yes — it matches dividend rows (Utdelning/Utbytte/Osinko/Dividend) with their withholding-tax rows (Källskatt/Kildeskatt/Lähdevero/Kildeskat) by ISIN and date.
What if my export is in Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish?
Tax Reclaim recognises Nordnet's Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, Danish, and English column names and transaction types automatically.
I exported Trade History by mistake — what now?
Trade History only records buy/sell transactions and has no dividend or withholding-tax data. Go back to the Transactions page and export the Transaction History instead.
